Odile Catelin-Delangle

The pianist Odile Catelin-Delangle has been travelling the globe together with her husband, the saxophonist Claude Delangle for four decades. She takes a special interest in the music of Philippe Leroux, and her in-depth knowledge of French music, in particular that of Claude Debussy, has led to fruitful collaborations with a number of composers and the premières of more than eighty works. Young pianists from all over the world flock to join her class at the École Normale de Musique de Paris/Alfred Cortot and benefit from her great experience. Odile Catelin-Delangle studied in Lyon and then in Paris and was taught by two great teachers, Germaine Mounier and Maria Curcio. She has been a prizewinner at the International Maria Canals Competition in Barcelona and the Geneva International Music Competition.
