The violinist Christian Svarfvar made his début at the age of twelve, with the Swedish Chamber Orchestra. An international career was initiated in 2008, when he was part of the European Concert Hall Organisation ‘Rising Star’ programme. As a soloist Christian Svarfvar has performed with all the major Swedish orchestras, but he is also a dedicated chamber musician, collaborating with musicians such as Roland Pöntinen, Martin Fröst, Janine Jansen, Maxim Rysanov and Frans Helmerson.
