Warsaw Boys’ Choir



The Warsaw Boys’ Choir was founded in 1990 by Krzysztof Kusiel-Moroz, its artistic director and conductor. The choir gives approximately 30 concerts annually in Poland and abroad, in repertoire spanning from Gregorian chant to contemporary works. Conductors with whom it has worked include Yoav Talmi, Philippe Herreweghe and John Axelrod, as well as Krzysztof Penderecki whose compositions form an important part of the choir’s repertoire. Foreign tours form an essential part of the choir’s activities as well as performing at international music festivals such as the Echternach Music Festival in Luxembourg, the European Weeks Festival in Passau and Le Festival de la Chaise-Dieu in France. In addition to its concert activities, the Warsaw Boys’ Choir boasts an award-winning discography.
