Sarah Wegener enchants audiences with the richness and warmth of her voice. She has appeared at Konzerthaus Berlin, Tonhalle Zürich, Wiener Konzerthaus, Concertgebouw Amsterdam and Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, and works regularly with conductors such as Kent Nagano, Philippe Herreweghe and Frieder Bernius and with the NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra, Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre des Champs-Élysées and Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal. In opera, she has performed at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Deutsche Oper Berlin and the Wiener Festwochen. Sarah Wegener studied with Bernhard Jaeger-Böhm in Stuttgart and took part in masterclasses with Dame Gwyneth Jones and Renée Morloc. Her discography comprises music by composers ranging from Henry Purcell to Jörg Widmann.
